Welcome to Sunshine Craft Co! By using our website and purchasing products or attending workshops, you agree to comply with the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Payment
All payments are due at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods shown at checkout. By completing your order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and valid.

2. Group Purchases & Guest Participation
If you are purchasing tickets for others, you are responsible for ensuring your guest(s) are informed of and agree to these Terms of Service. By attending a workshop or event, your guest(s) accept these terms, including our photo release and safety waiver.

3. Returns & Cancellations

  • Online Sales: All online sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason. If your order is damaged, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for loss or damage due to the postal service.

  • Pick-Up Orders: Pick-up orders will be held for 1 month after purchase. If not picked up within that window, purchased items will be returned to inventory with no refund option. We use the email provided at checkout to coordinate pickup. Please check spam and/or promotions folders for our notifications.

  • Workshop Registrations: We do not issue refunds on workshop registrations. For our full workshop cancellation policy, please refer to our Workshop Cancellation Policy.

4. Workshop Safety & Liability
By attending a workshop, you understand that some materials used in crafting may involve sharp tools, paints, or other potentially hazardous items. You agree to participate at your own risk and agree to release Sunshine Craft Co, its staff, and instructors from any liability for injuries, loss, or damages that may occur during the event.

5. Photo & Video Release
By attending a workshop or event at Sunshine Craft Co, you consent to having your photo or video taken for promotional purposes, which may be shared on our website and social media channels. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform a staff member upon arrival.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders typically ship within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Sunshine Craft Co is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist you as best we can, but please note that we are not obligated to replace or refund items affected by the postal service. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance in such cases.

7. Product Availability
We do our best to ensure our inventory is accurate, but product availability is not guaranteed. If an item is out of stock after you place your order, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or provide a full refund.
